La inteligencia artificial como apoyo didáctico: oportunidades y resistencias en el profesorado

La inteligencia artificial (IA) se ha consolidado como un recurso con creciente potencial para transformar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, aunque su incorporación continúa generando oportunidades y resistencias entre el profesorado. El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue analizar la producción científica empírica reciente sobre la integración de la IA como apoyo didáctico e identificar las principales oportunidades y desafíos reportados por los docentes en distintos contextos educativos. La metodología siguió las directrices PRISMA 2020. Se efectuó una búsqueda en Scopus y SciELO de estudios publicados entre 2019 y 2026. Se identificaron 876 registros; tras eliminar duplicados y aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionaron 22 investigaciones para el análisis. Los resultados evidencian que la IA favorece la personalización del aprendizaje, la generación de recursos educativos, la automatización de tareas y la innovación metodológica. No obstante, persisten desafíos relacionados con la integridad académica, la dependencia tecnológica, los sesgos algorítmicos, la ausencia de políticas institucionales y las limitadas competencias digitales del profesorado. Se concluye que el aprovechamiento de la IA requiere programas permanentes de formación docente, marcos éticos y estrategias institucionales que promuevan una integración crítica, responsable y pedagógicamente pertinente de estas tecnologías en la educación superior.
